Banana Peppers
Banana peppers are mild, tangy peppers named for their curved, yellow appearance—resembling a banana in both shape and color. They range in flavor from sweet to slightly spicy, with a subtle acidity that makes them popular for pickling and fresh applications. Typically 2–3 inches long, they’re a versatile pepper used in sandwiches, salads, pizzas, and Mediterranean dishes.
