Tranquility Farms

Tranquillity Farms is a third-generation family-owned farm and year-round farm market located at 47 Decker Pond Road in Green Township, near Andover, New Jersey. Operated by the Freeborn family, the farm has a long agricultural history and offers a wide variety of locally grown produce, farm-raised meats, fresh foods, and seasonal activities. The farm grows sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, squash, string beans, watermelons, pumpkins, apples, and other seasonal crops. Its farm market features freshly harvested vegetables, homegrown beef and pork, locally sourced eggs, dairy products, baked goods, honey, preserves, and other specialty foods. Tranquillity Farms also produces homemade ice cream, available by the scoop, pint, quart, or as specialty ice cream cakes. During spring, its greenhouse offers flowers, vegetable plants, herbs, hanging baskets, and garden supplies. In summer and fall, the farm welcomes visitors for seasonal experiences, including apple picking, pumpkin picking, hayrides, a corn maze, sunflower fields, and family-friendly activities. It also operates a customizable Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, allowing members to select fresh seasonal produce for weekly or biweekly pickup. In addition to selling directly to local customers, Tranquillity Farms supplies wholesale produce to restaurants, grocery stores, farm markets, and other businesses.
