Introduction

What’s For Dinner Technologies, LLC d/b/a Culineer (“Company” or “We”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy (“Privacy Policy”).

This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use the Culineer web application and related online services (the “Platform”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

We operate a two-sided web platform that helps consumers learn about locally produced food, find producers near them, and connect with like-minded people in the community, and that provides food producers, farmers markets, and other businesses with marketing and connection tools. The Platform is available at culineerapp.com. This Privacy Policy applies to information provided and collected via the Platform. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service for the Platform by reference therein.

We currently operate the Platform in the United States.

If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
