Willow Haven Farm is a third-generation, Certified Organic family farm nestled in the hills of the Blue Mountain in the Lehigh Valley, located in New Tripoli, PA. Founded and operated by Farmer Reuben and his family for over 15 years, the farm uses regenerative and organic growing practices including composting, cover cropping, soil testing, and crop rotation and became Certified Organic through Pennsylvania Certified Organic (PCO) in 2022. The farm grows a wide variety of vegetables and raises pastured, soy-free chickens, pork, and lamb, along with grass-fed dairy and fresh eggs. Their flagship product is the customizable Market Box CSA subscription, available 50 weeks of the year, which delivers fresh seasonal vegetables, pasture-raised meats, grass-fed dairy, sourdough brick-oven bread, flowers, herbs, and pantry staples directly to members' homes or neighborhood pickup locations. Members can shop weekly online, customize their orders, and pause or adjust anytime.
