SIW Vegetables is a family farm in the scenic and fertile Brandywine River Valley, growing a large variety of heirloom and improved varieties of vegetables, fruits, and flowers across 60 acres. Specialties include sweet corn, heirloom tomatoes, eggplant, squash, cucumbers, melons, garlic, raspberries, blackberries, green beans, and more. The farm operates an open-air Farm Market from June through Halloween, daily from 10am–6pm, and offers a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program where the public can purchase seasonal crop shares in advance. They also sell wholesale to local restaurants and markets. Additionally, SIW hosts Field to Fork farm dinners throughout the summer and fall, celebrating locally grown food prepared by regional chefs.
