Year round full diet CSA, shares are biweekly deliveries of fresh organically raised vegetables, pastured raised meats, including beef, pork, chicken and lamb, eggs, dairy from Apple Valley Creamery, sourdough breads, eggs from our pastured bug eating hens, seasonal fruits, honey, soups, jams, herbs and seasonings. separate biweekly egg shares from pastured chickens is also available. Laying hens are raised on soy free supplemental feed and pastured. Beef, lamb, pork, and broiler chickens raised here on the farm are available to purchase any time at the online store as add-ons, in addition to fresh baked bread, honey, milk and cheese, or at the two markets we attend.
