Raspberries
Raspberries are delicate, aromatic berries made up of small drupelets surrounding a hollow center. Red raspberries are the most common, but black, purple, and golden varieties are also grown.
Their flavor ranges from sweet to pleasantly tart, with a fragrance that makes them especially appealing when freshly harvested. Because raspberries are soft and fragile, they are best enjoyed soon after picking.
