Rising Hill Farm is a small, sustainable cut flower farm and design studio located at 480 Mine Road in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, in the heart of Bucks County. Founded in 2017 by owner Amber Lagonegro, the farm began as a vegetable operation before transitioning to specialty cut flowers, combining a passion for sustainable growing with a commitment to the local community. The farm grows an impressive variety of blooms across a long season stretching from March through November. The floral calendar moves through anemones and ranunculus in late March, tulips and daffodils in April, snapdragons, Canterbury bells, and larkspur in May, sweet William and rudbeckia in June, and zinnias, sunflowers, and lisianthus through summer, finishing with dahlias in September. The farm is especially known for its specialty daffodils, with over 5,000 bulbs planted each fall for the spring season.
