Sky High Hops is a family-owned and operated hop yard at Sage Hill Farm in Flemington, New Jersey. Established in 2015, the farm grows roughly 1,000 hop plants and supplies fresh, whole-leaf and pelletized hops to breweries, cideries, distilleries and homebrewers. Its hops are also used in floral arrangements, restaurant dishes and specialty products. Sky High Hops emphasizes sustainable growing practices and is recognized as the first hop yard to participate in New Jersey’s Jersey Fresh Quality Grading Program.
