Jericho Mountain Beef

Jericho Mountain Beef is a family-owned micro cattle ranch located on the rolling green hills of Newtown, Pennsylvania, in Bucks County. Founded in 2021, the farm is dedicated to producing high-quality, authentic American Wagyu beef with a simple guiding principle: do the right thing. By staying small and focused, the farm is able to give individual attention to each animal's health, genetics, and well-being resulting in exceptionally rich, marbled, and tender beef. The farm is situated on a portion of the historic Trevellini Preserve, farmland with roots going back to the sons of William Penn in the 1600s. The property features long green pastures, rolling hills, rotational grazing paddocks, and climate-controlled barns for winter comfort. The herd is raised on locally sourced grains as well as spent grains from local craft breweries, with no hormones or antibiotics administered. The farm maintains superior Wagyu bloodlines and detailed pedigree records to ensure the highest quality genetics.
