Founded by Matt and Laurie a former TV producer and ESL teacher from New York City the farm grew out of their 22 years of tending an 8-acre property near Allentown. Their core purpose is to care for the soil, create a pollinator habitat, and offer the community a way to appreciate nature's bounty. With guidance from Rodale Institute's farmer mentorship program in nearby Kutztown, PA, Red Sol Farm has embraced organic practices, including soil testing and sustainable land management.
