Central Valley Farm is a multi-generation family farm in Asbury, New Jersey, founded in 1948. The farm offers a wide range of fresh produce, small fruits, herbs, cut flowers, brown eggs, cheese, butter, yogurt, honey, and other farm products through its on-site farm stand and local markets. Central Valley Farm also operates a CSA program, providing members with weekly shares of fresh seasonal vegetables throughout the growing season.
