Step 1

Add broth & chicken to instant pot, set to sealing & pressure cook 11 minutes. Release pressure & remove chicken.

Step 2

Set IP to sauté & Add remaining ingredients , stir often until incorporated , allow to simmer . Remove 1 cup of mixture and blend until smooth , add back to chili **see note
