Step 1

Using the electric mixer combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and salt. Put int a doubled cheese cloth and tie with twist tie. Squeeze out excess avoiding to hard. Place in a pan with sides and put the weight on top and place in refrigerator. Make this on Good Friday for Holy Saturday Blessing of the Baskets
