Easter yellow cheese (sirecz ,hrudka )

Beat the eggs first then add the remaining ingredients. Cook in pot on stove starting on high then reduce as eggs begin to curd. Watch closely. Mixture will burn easily. Pour mixture into a cheese cloth placed in a colander and squeeze and tie tightly. Not too hard as egg mixture will squeeze out.
