Step 1

Combine all ingredients except crab. Mix until frothy. Fold in crab and and 1/2 C. bread crumbs try not to break lumps.

Step 2

Form 3” x 1” crab cakes - do not pack. Lightly coat with 1/4 cup bread crumbs
