Directions

Step 1

Combine the MOP, rubs and beef base in a small mixing bowl. Mix well to form a loose paste and set aside.

Step 2

Trim the roast. There may be a layer of loose fat on one side. Peel that away with a sharp knife then trim off any large chunks of fat.
