With a fork gently mix bread crumbs and crab lumps

Step 2

Beat egg with a fork so whites and yolk are incorporated. Add lemon, chopped parsley, cayenne and salt and pepper. Mix in butter (make sure it’s not scalding or it might cook the egg)
