Valley Shepherd Creamery is a working dairy farm and artisan creamery in Long Valley, New Jersey, set on 120 rolling acres. The farm produces more than 50 artisan dairy products using sheep, goat, and Jersey cow milk, with many cheeses aged in an underground cave built into the hillside. Visitors can experience the farm through seasonal lamb tours, cheese cave visits, and educational activities that showcase traditional dairy farming and cheesemaking.
