Parks Farms

Parks Farms is a family-owned fruit and vegetable farm located at 525 State Route 24 in Chester, New Jersey. Established in 1906, the farm has served its community for more than a century and is currently operated by the third, fourth, and fifth generations of the Parks family. The family owns and maintains more than 250 acres of farmland across Morris and Warren counties. Parks Farms specializes in growing peaches, apples, sweet corn, strawberries, and tomatoes, with each crop carefully harvested at peak ripeness and delivered fresh from the fields to its farm market. During the growing season, customers can shop at the roadside farm stand for a rotating selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, locally sourced foods, and baked goods. Seasonal offerings also include pumpkins, squash, and other autumn harvest products. Parks Farms welcomes visitors for pick-your-own apples and pumpkins, providing an opportunity for families to experience the harvest firsthand. Seasonal hayrides and tractor rides add to the farm's family-friendly atmosphere. The farm market generally operates from May through December, with holiday decorations and Christmas trees available during the later part of the year. Through generations of family farming, Parks Farms continues to connect local residents with freshly harvested Jersey produce, seasonal agricultural traditions, and direct shopping from a working New Jersey farm.
