Established in 2012, Saratoga Farms & Organic Country Store is a family-owned and operated farm in New Egypt, New Jersey. Originally focused on horse boarding, chickens, fresh eggs, and hay, the farm has expanded into a community destination offering locally sourced foods, livestock, and agricultural products. In May 2024, the family opened its Organic Country Store to provide healthier food alternatives for local residents. The store features grass-fed beef, pork, chicken, fresh free-range chicken and duck eggs, local honey, homemade breads, jams, jellies, and a variety of organic, gluten-free, and specialty grocery items. Beyond its country store, Saratoga Farms raises poultry and other farm animals, supplies hay and compost, and offers horse boarding and family-friendly animal experiences. With an emphasis on quality, local sourcing, and community connections, the farm brings together fresh food, agricultural traditions, and educational farm visits in one welcoming location.
