Beechtree Farm is a family-operated, pasture-based livestock farm located at 105 Crusher Road in Hopewell, New Jersey. Situated on 58 acres of preserved farmland, the farm has spent four decades raising animals and producing locally sourced meats while supporting sustainable agriculture and farmland conservation. Founded by Lucia and Charles Huebner, Beechtree Farm specializes in 100% grass-fed beef, pasture-raised lamb, pork, and poultry. Its cattle and sheep graze on rotationally managed pastures, with careful attention to animal welfare, soil health, and natural land management. The farm works with neighboring agricultural operations to share grazing resources and support local food production. Customers can purchase individual cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken, including steaks, roasts, ground beef, sausages, and other specialty products. The farm also offers eggs, selected farm foods, handcrafted soaps, and natural sheepskins. Beechtree Farm sells its products directly through prearranged visits to its Hopewell farm store and at regional farmers markets, including West Windsor and Pennington.
