Central Valley Farm is a fifth-generation family-owned farm located at 12 Huff Lane in Asbury, New Jersey. Founded in 1948 by Isaac T. Huff, the farm has been operated by generations of the Huff family and is currently managed by Brian Huff. Originally established as a dairy farm, Central Valley Farm has expanded into a diverse agricultural operation producing fresh seasonal vegetables, small fruits, culinary herbs, cut flowers, and farm-fresh brown eggs. Its harvest includes sweet corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, green beans, peppers, broccoli, lettuce, squash, and many other vegetables. The farm also grows strawberries and offers seasonal flowers for customers to enjoy. Visitors can shop directly at the on-site farm stand, which offers freshly harvested produce alongside eggs, milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, honey, preserves, and other locally produced foods. Central Valley Farm also operates a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, providing members with weekly shares of fresh seasonal vegetables. Members collect their shares directly from the farm, with additional options for eggs and dairy products. The farm participates in regional farmers markets, allowing more New Jersey communities to enjoy fresh farm products. With more than a century of Huff family farming heritage in the region, Central Valley Farm connects customers with local food, seasonal harvests, and the people who grow it.
