Rabbit Hill Farms is a fifth-generation family farm in Shiloh, New Jersey, spanning approximately 585 acres. The farm grows grains, potatoes, and sod and is home to Rabbit Hill Malt, New Jersey’s first craft malthouse. Using grains grown on the farm, the family produces a variety of floor-malted barley, wheat, rye, oats, and spelt for breweries and distilleries throughout the region. The operation emphasizes sustainable farming practices, including no-till grain production, cover cropping, efficient irrigation, erosion control, and pollinator habitat.
