I & G Farms is a family-owned farm market and garden center in Jackson, New Jersey, established in 1974 by Irene and Gregory Johnston. The farm encompasses about 70 acres and more than 55,000 square feet of greenhouse space, producing seasonal vegetables such as sweet corn, tomatoes, squash, eggplant, cabbage, and cauliflower. Its garden center features annuals, perennials, herbs, shrubs, trees, mums, and other plants. Seasonal offerings include pumpkins and fall décor, followed by poinsettias, fresh-cut Christmas trees, custom wreaths, and grave blankets during the holidays.
