Vacchiano Farm is a family-owned working farm in New Jersey, established in 1983 and rooted in generations of Italian farming tradition. The farm grows a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, herbs, and berries, including more than 25 varieties of tomatoes, and raises beef, lamb, chickens, ducks, and turkeys without growth hormones or stimulants. Its Farmhouse Store also features farm-fresh meats, homemade sauces, sausages, pot pies, baked goods, prepared meals, cheeses, and other specialty foods. The family also operates a vineyard producing several varieties of table and fruit wines.
