Conebella Farm is a six-generation, 198-acre family dairy farm in Elverson, Chester County, Pennsylvania, that has been in the Gable family since 1923. The farm is 100% Ayrshire, with a herd of over 200 registered Ayrshire milking cows — a breed prized for its rich, buttery milk — all raised on forages grown right on the farm. Conebella became a state-certified raw milk producer in 2007 and has since grown into an award-winning artisan cheese operation. The farm store currently offers 14 varieties of raw milk cheese, seven preservative-free cheese spreads, cheese curds, fresh mozzarella, cultured butter, Greek yogurt, yogurt smoothies, ice cream, and free-range eggs. Products are available for purchase directly from the farm store, online through their website, and at select local markets and farmers markets throughout the region. Now home to five active generations of the Gable family with a sixth generation already on the farm, Conebella continues a century-long tradition of nourishing Southeastern Pennsylvania families with top-quality dairy products.
