Here at Mirror Image Farms, we observe nature’s principles and patterns and integrate natural methods throughout our farming operation. Therefore, our animals live healthy lives on the pasture, being rotated from paddock to paddock, similar to the movement of the great American buffalo herds of the past. The movement of animals in this way creates nutrient-dense top soils which produce nutrient-dense pastures which produce nutrient-dense animal proteins.
