We are a family farming operation that offers meats from our organically raised and pastured beef, lamb, pork, chicken, duck, & turkey. We also have chicken and duck eggs, whole wheat and rye flours, pancake mix, and camelina oil. The beef and lamb are 100% grass fed and finished. We grow all of our own feed (non-GMO) for our animals (grass and hay for the cattle and lamb and all the grains that get fed to the poultry and hogs.) We use no toxic fertilizers or pesticides or herbicides. We feed our soils with minerals and organic matter focusing on producing very nutrient dense crops, which makes healthy animals. (In other words, we farm organically although we are not certified organic).
