Hensler Farms is a family-owned vegetable farm, seasonal farm market, and greenhouse located at 369 County Road 519 in Belvidere, New Jersey. With more than four decades of agricultural experience, the Hensler family has grown its operation from a small roadside sweet corn stand into a destination for fresh produce, garden plants, and locally sourced foods. The farm is especially known for its Jersey sweet corn and tomatoes, along with seasonal harvests of peppers, eggplant, squash, cabbage, beets, lettuce, and scallions. During the growing season, shoppers can purchase freshly harvested vegetables and a rotating selection of fruits at the on-site farm market. In spring, Hensler Farms opens its greenhouses with bedding plants, hanging flower baskets, herbs, vegetable starter plants, and other gardening essentials. The market changes with the seasons, offering summer produce, autumn pumpkins, winter squash, chrysanthemums, and harvest decorations. The farm also operates a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, allowing members to receive weekly shares of seasonal fruits and vegetables through scheduled farm pickups. Seasonal strawberry picking has also been documented. Beyond its own produce, the market carries locally sourced honey, cheese, baked goods, jams, jellies, sauces, and specialty foods, along with home and garden gifts.
