Green Valley Farms

Green Valley Farms is a family-owned farm, country market, and creamery located at 997 Route 23 in Wantage, New Jersey. Established in 1996, the farm operates across approximately 250 acres of Sussex County farmland, producing fresh seasonal crops and raising livestock while welcoming the community for direct farm shopping and family activities. The farm grows seasonal fruits and vegetables and raises Angus and Angus-cross cattle for its all-natural beef. Its cattle are pasture-raised, grain-finished, and raised without added growth hormones or antibiotics. Green Valley Farms also produces pork and offers individual meat cuts and larger bulk purchases. Visitors to the farm market can shop for fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits, pumpkins, locally raised meats, farm-fresh eggs, honey, jams, pickles, milk, butter, cheeses, and baked goods. The on-site creamery serves homemade ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes, and other frozen treats. During late summer and early autumn, visitors can enjoy pick-your-own flowers. The farm also hosts harvest festivals featuring pumpkin picking, hayrides, and family activities, along with seasonal markets and community events. Green Valley Farms operates an additional seasonal roadside stand in Vernon, New Jersey, providing another convenient location for customers to purchase farm products.
