So Much Squash!

We're feeling extra excited about squash this week. The name actually covers several species of plants, each of which have a wide variety of cultivars, each with their own flavors and textures! We're just about at the end of summer squash season, but our produce farmers still have a few zucchini and other summer squash available that you can use for muffins or simply roasted.

Then, get your fill of winter squash (and stock up for the season) with a delicious butternut squash soup or stuffed acorn squash! All available on the Square in downtown Carlisle, 3-7pm today and 3-6pm every Wednesday afterwards until December 17th!
