How is Raw A2A2 Milk Better For The Body?

Can't handle dairy...  even though you're not lactose intolerant? Or perhaps you've heard about A2/A2 cow's milk but aren't quite sure what it means.

Well, I'm here to help you understand why making the switch to A2/A2 dairy could be beneficial for you.

So, what exactly is A2/A2 milk? It all comes down to the type of protein found in the milk. Unlike conventional milk found in most American grocery stores, which contains a mix of A1 and A2 beta-casein proteins, A2/A2 milk exclusively contains the A2 beta-casein protein.

All mammals (including humans, cats, dogs, goats, and so on) naturally produce milk with 100% A2 beta-casein protein.

But, a few thousand years ago, something happened with cows that changed this. European cows were pushed into unnatural living conditions, eating unnatural diets. What do organisms tend to do under stress? They Mutate!

This genetic mutation made cows produce a new type of beta-casein protein – A1. Before this point, cows (just like humans and all other mammals) produced milk strictly with A2 beta-casein protein. Now, basically all milk found in American grocery stores is A1/A2.
